Der Hurrikan verursachte Schlammlawinen und Überschwemmungen, Straßen und Brücken stürzten ein. Es sei herausfordernd, noch viel mehr Menschen zu erreichen, die vom Hurrikan Matthew betroffen sind, aber ADRA arbeite hart daran, etwas zu bewegen, so der Geschäftsführer von ADRA Haiti, Fritz Bissereth.

At the nutrition program inauguration ceremony held on May 30, 2006, Fritz Bissereth, country director for the ADRA Haiti office, emphasized the importance of the program that provides each child with 1,250 kilocalories daily.
