Woman shot while walking dog on Augusta Road

A Greenville woman said she was shot in the chest while walking her dog on Augusta Road Saturday night. In an interview with The Greenville News, Mariel Hunkeler said she was near the Haynie Street intersection between 9-9:30 p.m. when she heard a pop. “It sounded like a paintball gun,” she said.
