Ocean City man ID'd as pedestrian hit by trooper

Maryland State Police said the driver, Master Trooper James Price, was in his marked Ford Explorer headed down Coastal Highway when, for unknown reasons, Thomas Lawlor darted into the road near 76th Street. Price tried to avoid hitting him, according to police, but was unable to avoid the collision.
